Which businesses do you work with?
We provide accounting and tax services to businesses: limited companies, sole traders, partnerships and associations. Tell us about your business and we will tell you whether we are a good fit.
How do I deliver receipts and invoices?
We agree the method with you when we start. We agree with you how material is delivered and how often, so that it suits the way your business already works.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. We go through the latest financial statements and the books for the current year, agree a changeover date and make sure the transfer of material is documented.
Do you only prepare financial statements, or also the ongoing books?
Both are possible. Some clients use us for the whole year, others only for year-end closing and tax returns. We agree the scope individually.
How is the price set?
The fee depends on the volume of transactions, the number of employees and which services you need. After our first conversation we give you a written offer based on your situation.
Are you an authority or connected to the Tax Administration?
No. Ab Jakobstads Bokföringsbyrå is a private, independent company. We prepare and file reports on behalf of our clients, but we are not part of, or affiliated with, any authority.
